The Titan 12T 550 motor's built-in cooling fan forces cool air across the motor in order to keep the temperature down. Air movement is directed through vent channels cast inside the motor plate. A much cooler running motor translates to faster speeds, extended runtime, plus prolonged motor life. The XL-5 Electronic Speed Control provides high current handling, EZ-Set® one-button setup, and efficient high-frequency control. Three drive profiles, reduced voltage detection, thermal shut down safeguard, gold-plated connectors, along with intensely low resistance are all features you might expect to only be available on an expensive replacement ESC.
